Reweights
With each monthly batch, maps get reweighted to correct their star ratings. All maps get reweighted once (a month after they're ranked), maps above 12 stars get reweighted again the next month, and maps above 14 stars get a third reweight the month after that. Sometimes there are global reweights that rebalance all maps.
